Booking Process

Design consultation and quote
First up, we’ll have a chat about your plans, the stationery you have in mind and the little details that will make your day feel like you. We’ll talk through your style, colours, wedding plans and approximate quantities, so I can get a feel for what you’re looking for.
After our chat, I’ll put together a personalised quote with a breakdown of costs and material options, giving you a clear idea of what’s possible for your bespoke stationery suite.

Time to bring your ideas to life!
This is where your stationery starts to take shape. I’ll ask you to send over all the final details, from names and dates to venue information, along with any inspiration images, mood boards or ideas you’ve been collecting along the way.
With everything in hand, I’ll get to work creating your designs, bringing together everything we’ve chatted about and all the little details that make your wedding yours. This is where we start turning those ideas into something you can actually see!

Payment and production
Once you’ve given your final approval, the remaining 70% balance is due. Once that’s settled, your designs are ready to head to print!
I work with trusted print suppliers to bring everything to life, making sure the finished pieces look just as lovely as they do on screen. Every detail is checked carefully before your stationery makes its way to you, ready for the big day.

Secure your booking & timeline
Once you’re happy with your quote, a 30% deposit secures your spot in my diary and we can get things underway. I’ll then send over a clear timeline and contract, so you know exactly what to expect - from your first design proofs and any tweaks along the way, to approving the final designs and getting everything ready for your big day.
I want the whole process to feel exciting and enjoyable, with plenty of time to get everything just right.

Final review and sign-off
Once your first designs are ready, I’ll send them over for you to have a look through. We’ll work together to fine-tune everything, whether that’s tweaking the wording, changing the order of the day or making little adjustments to colours, fonts and layouts.
There’s time to make revisions until everything feels just right. Once you’re completely happy with your designs and have given the final sign-off, I’ll get everything ready to go to print!

Delivery
The exciting bit! Your finished stationery will be carefully packaged up and sent straight to your door using a tracked delivery service, so you can keep an eye on its journey. Then all that’s left to do is get those lovely invitations out to your guests and start counting down to the big day!
Investment
Every wedding is different, and your stationery should be too. I put a lot of love and care into creating bespoke designs that feel personal to you and your day, from the first ideas through to the finished pieces.
My bespoke stationery suites start from £395 for the design and studio fee, with individual stationery items priced separately. You’ll find starting prices for each item below, to help you get an idea of costs.
